Being inspired by the ancient sad area but above all looking ahead towards a future global metropolis, we might ricreate community through the intersection of two roads such as the “roman cardi and decumani”, where the citizen lives two parallel lives, the community and the work. According to cohousing’s concept ,to share the same areas means to improve the cooperation amoung people, to guarantee the energy saving and to reduce the environmental impact.
So, the public areas so become places of interaction among our citizens who live for a unique project “the sustainable development”. According to the sociologist Banfield ,the first low acting the behaviour of the people ,in a society when the institutions are not organized, is the fanalismo amorale” that is “first of all thinking of themselves. The citizens feeling tired and demotivated for the institutional inefficiency, come down and they regenerate walking into the urban park.
