| We choose to orientate the city along the north-west and south east's axis to capture the winds and at the same time to give an a natural illumination to all the buildings that don't have north sides. The “roofs/camps” give a natural barrier towards hot summer and cold winter. The keyword for designers and builders will be energy saving and use sustainable source of energy. The Variety of volumes and areas is able to cover all necessity of the new born community. The little dimension, the short sky lines of builds and the elevate use of green in all its natures, suggest the creation of a calm and smart city where life proceed easy. |
