The likely components are flexible lightweight structures containing network cable systems such as CATV Internet, telecommunication lines, entertainment facilities, electricity, etc. These structures, which compose the city texture, are changing according to the needs of information at different districts. For example, a school in need of new facilities will receive cables carrying the latest educational technology stemming from the main spine. In addition to harboring information, the arriving cables provide different spatial experiences depending on the intensity of the network at various places. Differing height levels created by the incoming vertical cable supports could be used to transmit information to different groups of people, such as students, administrators etc. The uncharted spaces involve landscape and commercial functions that weave the whole city into a homogeneous entity.
