Third Floor | |||||
Third Floor suggests an entire floor free from habitation and professional occupation in all private and public buildings of EveryVille.
According to the following terms: Private Buildings: Private Responsibility Board for all inhabitants or workers involved in the space design, strategy and maintenance. Benefits: Free access, Invitation of other individuals, Reservation of the entire space by previous registration. Public Buildings: Institutional Responsibility Board involved in the space design, strategy and maintenance. Benefits: Free access to all citizens. Rather than a solution, Third Floor is a method appealing for the community’s creativity to design its own identity space. To give EveryVille the visual impact any city claims for, all we suggest, as a design matrix is the use of a specific light signifying the Third Floor. In ten years, random luminous lines connecting EveryVille’s landscape might illustrate the identity of a creative community. |
