| The project is based on a centre of skyscrapers that owns the city administration and pubblic and private offices, two larges axes that contains services like sport (stadium, sport palace, etc...), culture (museums, theters, cinemas,expo, etc....), university (schools,universities, research centres,etc....) and health (public hospital, private clinics, fitness, beauty centres, etc...).
There are two different tipologies of habitations (habitation units and unifamiliar houses),other services as commerce are diffused in the city, like green areas and common places. Every building is energetically autosufficient thanks to solar panels installed on habitations units, commerce buildings and office skyscrapers. | |||||
